15:30: Meet at Beit Oved Junction (Nes Ziona Junction) and travel to destination point.
16:00: Go on a donkey trip to view the Kurkar Hills – combined riding and walking. Explanations about flora, herbal plants, nature and Kurkar Hills geology. This trip is an hour to an hour-and-a-half long.
18:00: Reception at tent encampment – tea, coffee and soft drinks.
18:30: Accommodations in a luxurious Bedouin encampment (heated in winter), sitting on mattresses, reclining on pillows and bolsters (sitting around tables is possible), listening to stories of desert lore.
Dinner menu:
Pita bread, Cheese trays – 6 types of cheese, Salad tray – chickpeas, tahini, sliced fire-roasted eggplant halves in sauce, mushrooms, potatoes, fresh and pickled vegetables. Hummus, fūl (fava-bean dish), and appetizers, mushroom kebabs, pastelim and sigarim (spicy stuffed fried pastries).
Beverages – draft beer, soft drinks, wine, herbal teas and coffee.
